Based on your chosen pain point (Financial Fog, Decision Fatigue, or Career Stagnation), The Navigator provides proactive insights, time suggestions, task breakdowns, and weekly planning guidance. It's woven throughout the app experience to help you stay focused and make progress.

What's the difference between Essential and Prime?

Essential ($6.99/month or $59.99/year): Core 1-3-5 task system, Win Log, Safe Number tracking, Sunday Compass, and basic calendar sync.

Prime ($9.99/month or $99.99/year): Everything in Essential plus The Navigator guidance, Voice Assistant, Driving Mode, Email Summaries, Smart Scheduling, and priority support.

Both plans include a 14-day free trial.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your personal information. Calendar and email integrations use industry-standard OAuth authentication. Voice commands are processed securely through Google Cloud Speech-to-Text. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

How does Voice Assistant work while driving?

NORTH's Driving Mode is designed for safety-first hands-free use. Say "Hey Captain" to activate voice control, then manage tasks, check your schedule, log wins, or get your daily briefing—all without touching your phone. The interface uses large touch targets and high contrast colors for quick glances when safely stopped.

Can I sync my calendar?

Yes! NORTH integrates with Google Calendar to show your schedule, identify free time blocks, and suggest optimal times for tasks based on your energy patterns. You can also add tasks directly to your calendar from the app.

What is the Safe Number?

Your Safe Number is the number of days you can sustain your current lifestyle without additional income. It's calculated from your monthly expenses and available funds. Tracking your Safe Number provides financial clarity and peace of mind, especially if you're dealing with Financial Fog.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings:

iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → NORTH → Cancel Subscription

Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → NORTH → Cancel Subscription

You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their policies. Generally, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Contact support@yournorth.app if you need assistance.
